About SicherOne
SicherOne is SicherHaven Technologies' own project and issue tracking system. It is the tool the company's teams plan against day to day — work is captured as issues, grouped into projects, moved across boards as it progresses, and reviewed against where a delivery is supposed to be.
Built in-house
Rather than shaping its process around a general-purpose tracker, the team built the tracker around its process. Being the same company that uses it means the people who feel a rough edge are the people who can fix it, and changes ship on the team's own schedule rather than a vendor's roadmap.
One place for the work
The point of a single tracker is that nothing important lives somewhere else — not in a spreadsheet, a chat thread, or someone's head. SicherOne is where a piece of work is written down, assigned, discussed and closed, so the current state of a project is something you can look up rather than something you have to ask about.

Deep dive
One workspace instead of three
Most companies run projects in one tool, people in another, and AI in a chat window off to the side. SicherOne puts all three in one place, on the theory that a project board should know who is on leave before it hands out work.
Why the three belong together
Projects, people and agents read the same records. The approval step is what separates an agent doing the work from an agent shipping it.
Projects, people and AI agents share one workspace, so a board can account for who is on leave and an agent can act with full project context. Every agent action is recorded in the same activity feed as human work, and a person approves the result before anything ships.
What the split actually costs
The cost is not the subscriptions. It is that the person assigning work is usually the person who cannot see who is available, and the AI everyone is excited about cannot see either.
Give work to an agent the way you give it to a person
An agent takes a task from the board like anyone else. It might review code or draft release notes, and what it does is written into the same activity feed as everyone else's work, so a manager can read back exactly what happened.
Nothing ships without a person saying so. The agent does the work and a human approves the result, which is what makes handing it real tasks defensible rather than reckless.
For companies that cannot send data out
Finance, healthcare and government cannot put their intellectual property into a public AI service, which usually ends the conversation about AI features entirely. SicherOne lets a customer bring their own private models and keep everything inside their own environment.
This is the difference between an AI capability a regulated buyer can evaluate and one their compliance team stops at the door.
Planning against the team you actually have
Because people and projects sit together, a plan can account for who is on leave, which holidays apply and where a team is working, instead of assuming everyone is present. Managers and agents are both reading the real picture, so nobody spends the first ten minutes of a decision reconciling two systems by hand.
Buy the part you need
A workspace that is three products creates a buying problem, and the first pricing model made it worse: everyone paid the same regardless of size, and a team that wanted project management without HR had to take both or neither. That killed the most natural way in.
Pricing is now per seat with the modules separated, so a team can start with one part and add the others later. Extra AI agent capacity is sold on its own, which is the lever that grows with usage rather than with headcount.
